We have commissioned systems in many parts of the world.  Ensuring that the system works perfectly when it is turned on makes a huge difference for your clients satisfaction and your peace of mind. To illustrate: We were invited to commission a system we designed for a town in Florida.  The commissioning was to be a town event with speeches by the mayor and several other public officials.
